Appetising food, overall stunningly beautiful and fantastic place.
Nice building and rooms with large windows. Amazing breakfast, plenty of options available. Location really close to a football field and Kiruna during the day and the river from the sauna. Super friendly and really friendly staff at all times.

The location and the position, great work that the artists do there. The tour was great, thank you for that.
Not sleepable in the cold room, sleeping bags too thin. When trying to rebook in the night at the reception to a warm room, no alternative was offered.only for 140 EUR surcharge at one o'clock in the morning, although I already paid 245 EUR for the night. Eat or die. Very, very sad.

The warm sleeping bags provided a surprisingly comfortable night in the cold room, and I appreciated having a private locker for my belongings. The variety of ice rooms to explore was a highlight, coupled with a solid breakfast with fresh products. Although there was no hot chocolate available, the opportunity to watch the Northern Lights from the nearby lake made it worthwhile.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel was in a stunning and awesome location close to Thorne river, Kiruna center, railway station or airport and the train station...

The hotel's fabulous. You just have to see it. We stayed in a warm, cosy hut and visited the Icebar in the evening (warm overalls can be borrowed free of charge at the reception) and the hotel during the day. There's a part that's open all year and a part that's melting right now. You can just do the melting tour. Breakfast and dinner (upscale price range, but very tasty) are served in the warm restaurant opposite.

The sauna was a perfect way to unwind, and we even got to see the Northern Lights thanks to text alerts from the hotel. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit dated, but it didn't ruin our stay at all-be sure to try the breakfast buffet 🎉
